These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between 8up and its users. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1 General Terms
8up is an online Sports Betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, new and existing.
By accessing the 8up website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
8up reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be given 7 days' notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of a conflict, the Bangla version will take precedence.

- Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes on earnings made through the platform.
2 Account Registration
To create an account on 8up, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
- Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same phone number or email address.

After registration, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. Allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.
3 Deposits & Payments
You can deposit on 8up using Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
- Deposits typically take 1–5 minutes to process. If there's a delay, please contact support.
- No additional charges apply to deposits.
In exceptional circumstances — such as technical issues or banking disruptions — payment processing may be delayed. 8up is not liable in such cases, but we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Winnings earned from bonuses require the wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal.
- KYC verification is required for any single withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
KYC verification may require a copy of your national ID or passport along with a mobile banking statement. This is a security measure to protect your account.
8up reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity. If the investigation concludes with no violations found, the withdrawal will be released.
5 Betting Rules
Before placing any bets on 8up, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via the cash out feature).
- If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be returned to your balance.
- 8up reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- Bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or any form of fraud may be voided.
- Odds change in real time during live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
- If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be removed from the parlay and the remaining selections will stand.
8up reserves the right to set odds and may suspend or close any market at any time. Bets placed before a market closes remain valid.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
8up regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to their use:
- Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement, clearly stated on the bonus page.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time.
- Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds — typically ৳500 per bet.
- Some bonuses apply only to specific games or markets.

Bonus abuse — such as a single person claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or placing calculated bets solely to meet bonus requirements — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8up platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
- Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to place bets.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Participating in match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
- Engaging in abusive or offensive behaviour towards other users or staff.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.
8 Account Closure
8up may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Registering with false information.
- Failure to pass KYC verification.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
- Suspicious financial activity.
You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering conditions being met) can be withdrawn. To close your account, please contact our Support team.
9 Responsible Gaming
8up is committed to responsible gaming. Betting is for entertainment, not as a source of income. The following tools are always available in your account:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet limit for a given period.
- Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.

11 Dispute Resolution

- Complex disputes may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
- 8up's decision shall be considered final.

12 Changes to Terms
8up reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- For major changes, users will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before they take effect.
- Minor changes (such as corrections or clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
